Common requests

• Delete my data — send the email address you used, or the link to your chart, and we will delete it within 30 days. Signed-in users can also do this from the account page.
• A report didn’t arrive — check your spam folder first, then send us the email address you ordered with. See also our refunds policy.
• A calculation looks wrong — send us the link to the result. Each result page lists the conventions it uses (true solar time, the Start of Spring, the late Zi hour); we are happy to explain, or to fix it.

Please don’t send us sensitive information we haven’t asked for.
