Who we are

This website and its service are run by TianEon (“we”, “us”), based in mainland China. You can reach us at support@tianeon.com; we reply within 2 business days. By using the site or buying a report you agree to these terms.

Using the site

• You must be at least 16.
• Enter only information you are entitled to share. If you make a chart for someone else, make sure they are happy for you to do so.
• Don’t misuse the service: no scraping, automated abuse, attempts to get around security, reselling reports, or using it to harass anyone.

What the service is

TianEon offers Chinese metaphysics charts and readings — BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, the I Ching and related systems — for cultural interest, entertainment and self-reflection. Readings are not predictions of fact and are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice; don’t rely on them for decisions in those areas.

How readings are made

Charts are calculated in code from what you enter. Their text is written with the help of AI (DeepSeek) and checked against the chart. Traditions differ, and so do schools within them; each result page lists the conventions we use. We can’t guarantee that a reading is complete, accurate or suited to your situation.

Purchases and payment

• Every free tool stays free. Full reports are one-time purchases of digital content. There are no subscriptions, and you will never be charged on a recurring basis.
• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay; sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
• Payments are handled by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record. Waffo Pancake is the seller of record for your order: it takes the payment, collects any applicable tax, issues the receipt, and may appear on your card statement. Its buyer terms also apply to the transaction. We never see or store your card details.
• A report is delivered as a web page and a PDF by email, normally within minutes. At checkout you agree that delivery starts straight away.

Refunds

If a report can’t be generated or delivered, you are refunded automatically. If it contains a factual error in the chart, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we will correct it or refund you. Reports are not refunded for a change of mind. Full details are in our refunds policy; none of this affects your statutory rights.

Content and copyright

Your report is for your personal use. The site’s design, software and original text belong to TianEon. The classical I Ching texts and James Legge’s 1882 translation are in the public domain; place data comes from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0).

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the report concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension

We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms. If we stop offering a report you have bought, you keep access to it or get your money back.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly by email. If a dispute can’t be settled by negotiation, it goes to the competent people’s court where the operator is based. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. For significant changes we will post a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Changes never apply to purchases already made.
