Hexagram 25 for love
Hexagram 25 Without Falsehood in love and relationships
Wu Wang pictures thunder moving under heaven: things stirring by their own nature, without pretence. In a relationship this is the sign of feeling that is genuine and unplanned — the judgment grants 'great success' to what is sincere and correct, and warns that anything crooked 'falls into error'. The lines show innocence at different stages: the clean beginning of line one, the second line's love that does not keep accounts, and the third and fifth lines where a bond that has done nothing wrong is shaken by something from outside.
For a question about love the hexagram asks whether you are acting from the heart or from strategy. If the feeling is honest, move with it and do not manage it; if there is a plan behind the affection, the hexagram withdraws its blessing. A changing line in the lower trigram usually means the bond is young and should be allowed to grow without pressure; the top line warns that insisting on your own blamelessness has become a way of not listening.
The hexagram in brief
Thunder under heaven: things moving by their innate nature. Great success for what is correct and unplanned; scheming brings misfortune, and some misfortune simply arrives undeserved.
Act from sincerity without calculation; when the unexpected strikes, don't medicate what needs no medicine.
The judgment
