Hexagram 11 for work
Hexagram 11 Prosperity for work and career
In work Tai is the open channel: management and staff in communication, a team whose aims agree, a season with the capable inside and the obstructive on their way out. The Tuan says the inner trigram is strength and the outer compliance, 'the way of the superior person grows.' The Great Image gives the executive's job: shape and complete what the conditions allow, and help what fits them along, for the benefit of all below.
The lines mark the arc of a good period. One advances with its own kind; two is the ideal administrator, broad, bold, mindful of the distant and free of factions; three is the first sign that the plain has a slope; four and five are leadership coming down to meet talent, with five the hexagram's great alliance; six is the slide back into the moat when orders have gone slack. A changing line in the lower trigram says the good time is building and asks for generosity; in the upper trigram it is mature, and the question is whether you still tend it.
